By installing the app, the merchant confirms authority over the Wix site and accepts the applicable Wix terms.

 

SERVICE

 

The app reads Wix Bookings and Attendance and provides metrics, rules, templates, holdout cohorts, and email events for Wix Automations. It does not guarantee delivery, attendance, or recovered revenue and is not legal advice.

 

MERCHANT RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Document consent, purpose, and opt-out for every recipient; follow applicable laws, jurisdictions, quotas, and Wix rules; never enter medical, sensitive, or discriminatory data; review templates, frequency, time zone, and deliverability; and never bypass a kill switch or safety control.

 

PLANS AND AVAILABILITY

 

Wix Billing exclusively manages pricing, renewal, and cancellation. An unknown entitlement closes communications. The service depends on Wix and Neon and may be suspended for maintenance, security, compliance, or API limits. SMS, calls, and AI are not included.

 

PROHIBITED USE AND TERMINATION

 

Spam, harassment, opt-out circumvention, sensitive profiling, cross-tenant access, and secret extraction are prohibited. Uninstall stops communications and starts the documented retention and deletion process.

 

PRIVACY AND SUPPORT

 

Read the Privacy Policy at /privacy. Use the Wix App Market listing's Support link with a redacted run ID. Official contact details and governing law are those shown in the developer profile and Wix contract listing at purchase.
